RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVES | MANAGERS
Based in Central Colombo, we are a leading boutique villa collection known for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
We are currently looking for dynamic & experienced Reservations Professionals to join our team.
YOUR ROLE
- Manage all inquiries through various channels including direct telephone, email, social media, online platforms, travel agents & in-person interactions.
- Handle direct reservations, OTA, FIT & TA bookings.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales & occupancy targets.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (Reservations Supervisor / Assistant Manager).
- Expertise in handling OTA is essential.
- Excellent command of spoken & written English with strong hospitality communication skills.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a distinct advantage.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Comprehensive knowledge of international hotel reservation procedures & systems.
- Proven ability to manage direct reservations, including OTA, FIT & TA bookings.
- Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve sales & occupancy targets.
