Key Requirements
- Age below 55 years
- Minimum 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar Intensive Care Unit capacity
- Possesses Diploma / BSc in Nursing
- Valid SLNC / SLMC / PHSRC Nursing Registrations
- Proven ability to manage the Intensive Care Unit efficiently
- Strong capability to supervise, guide, and lead Intensive Care Unit nursing staff
- High level of competency in critical care nursing procedures & patient monitoring
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Friendly, caring, and pleasing personality
- Positive attitude with strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work long hours and rotational shifts
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Hospitality & Customer Care skills
