TERRITORY SALES MANAGER (RATHNAPURA/ COLOMBO /TRINCOMALEE)
LAUGFS Lubricants Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of LAUGFS Holdings, is Sri Lanka’s first and only local brand to manufacture and market its own range of lubricants, catering to all classes of motor vehicles and industries. Established in 2008, we have successfully challenged a market dominated by multinational brands, setting new benchmarks for locally manufactured lubricants. Our products, blended using state-of-the-art technology and adhering to international industry standards, are trusted for their superior quality and reliability.
With the expansion of our current market segment, Laugfs Lubricant is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Lubricant Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth in the lubricant retail market segment.
- Achieve both primary and secondary sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Regularly visit company distributors and manage Distributor Sales Representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Professional qualifications in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
- Proven success in sales, preferably within the FMCG, automotive, or lubricant industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the sales field.
- Experience in handling distributors and team management is essential.
