Executive-Internal Audit
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform internal audits across the group and identify control gaps in finance and operational processes
- Prepare audit reports that reflect the audit results and participate in meetings with the management to discuss audit findings
- Perform special assignments and investigations recommended by the Audit Committee and the Management
- Conduct follow-up reviews on agreed actions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business Administration/Finance or partial qualification from recognised professional bodies (CASL/ACCA/CIMA)
- Minimum of three (03) years' experience in an Audit firm or minimum two (02) years' experience in commercial sector internal auditing
- Internal audit experience in the manufacturing sector would be an added advantage
- Ability to understand business processes and areas for improvement
- Basic knowledge of IT systems audit/control assessments
- A demonstrated knowledge of risk management and internal controls
- Proficiency to work with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems
- Professional scepticism and excellent command of both written and spoken English with effective communication skills
