HR INTERN/ HR ASSISTANT
Requirements
- Degree or full/part qualification in Human Resource Management from CIPM or a recognized Institution/University.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office package.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

HR EXECUTIVE
Requirements
- Degree or Professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and teamwork.
- Female Candidate preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process (job postings, scheduling interviews, coordination).
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime details.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Support HR events, training sessions, and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
