HR INTERN/ HR ASSISTANT

Requirements

  • Degree or full/part qualification in Human Resource Management from CIPM or a recognized Institution/University.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Female candidate only.

HR EXECUTIVE

Requirements

  • Degree or Professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and teamwork.
  • Female Candidate preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process (job postings, scheduling interviews, coordination).
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime details.
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Support HR events, training sessions, and welfare activities.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
