DRAUGHTSMAN
Embark on an exhilarating journey as a Draughtsman to contribute to diverse property development projects spearheaded by John Keells Properties.
Responsibility :
- The selected candidate will be responsible for providing detailed drawings of architectural works and preparing architectural, structural and MEP coordination drawings.
- You will also be responsible for analyzing and understanding the building specifications, sites and calculating dimensions and performing measurements by visiting construction sites as and when needed.
- You are expected to use computer-aided drafting software to create full-scale and detailed designs of buildings and interiors and pay strong attention to detail and precision in creating accurate technical and shop drawings.
Expertise :
- You should possess a diploma or an equivalent qualification in engineering draughtsmanship.
- You should have an understanding of construction materials and be knowledgeable in local regulations and authority submissions.
- You are expected to be proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT and preparing As-built drawings. Proficiency in SketchUp will be an added advantage.
- You should be able to collaborate with architects and engineers.
