Executive – International Marketing / Trading
Are you ready to build your career in a dynamic global trading environment? We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Trading & Commercial team, supporting international client relationships and commercial operations within the energy and bunkering sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with global clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities through market analysis and monitoring industry trends.
- Execute and record commercial transactions accurately in line with policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and transactions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide market insights to support decision-making.
- Assess credit risk and handle customer issues, complaints, and claims efficiently.
- Stay updated on product standards, pricing trends, and contractual compliance.
Skills and Experience Required
- Prior experience in handling overseas customers is preferred.
- Professionally qualified or partly qualified in SLIM or CIM will be an added advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- High attention to detail, with a structured and process-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
