AYURVEDIC DOCTOR
ACE Healthcare (Pvt) Ltd is a Mega Pharmaceutical and Cosmeceutical Manufacturing Plant, located in Horana, Sri Lanka.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the research, development, and registration process for new cosmetic, nutraceutical, and medicinal products.
- Coordinate with the Ayurvedic Department and National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA) for product registrations, approvals, and GMP compliance activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize all legal, technical, and regulatory documentation while ensuring compliance with ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- Recommend innovative herbal molecules and provide technical expertise for the development of high-quality Ayurvedic, cosmetic, and nutraceutical products.
- Ensure all operations comply with company quality standards, health and safety regulations, and GMP requirements.
- Work closely with R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth project execution.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine or any related qualification.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience in Research & Development (R&D) or Regulatory Affairs will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, herbal product development, and related formulations.
- Good understanding of NMRA regulations, GMP requirements, and product registration procedures.
- Excellent documentation and record management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with regulatory authorities and internal departments.
