DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute updates to company website content and promotions
- Assist with SEO, blog content, and keyword optimization
- Support with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & WhatsApp
- Support Marketing Manager with planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotions
- Create graphic designs, videos, and marketing creatives
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation and report to Marketing Manager
- Prepare reports using Meta Insights, Google Analytics & other platforms for review with Marketing Manager
- Support branding activities, branch promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Ad Hoc requirements as per Marketing Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Multimedia, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO & analytics tools
- Skills & experience in graphic design and video editing will be an advantage
- Familiarity with Canva, AI tools, and content creation platforms
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
