KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote pharmaceutical products through online platforms and social media
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage online sales communications
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Support promotional and marketing activities when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Good knowledge of Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Previous experience in sales or online marketing is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Proficiency in MS Office package
- Positive attitude, honesty, and professionalism
