EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER SERVICES
At International Trimmings & Labels Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, we are committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking dynamic, motivated, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Executive – Customer Services in our Customer Services Department.
Key Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, or partial qualification in SLIM, is required.
- Previous experience with Order Processing Systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to ensure accurate order processing, follow up on deliveries, and provide effective after-sales support.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to address customer needs efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
