DESIGNATION: INTERN – CIVIL ENGINEERING

ROLE PROFILE
- Design and review civil engineering requirements related to structural, architectural, and infrastructure works.
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and tender documents for civil construction projects.
- Develop and review drawings and models using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit Structure, ETABS, SAFE, and Civil 3D.
- Inspect and supervise on-site execution of civil works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct research and contribute to sustainable construction practices and materials development.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Civil Engineering qualifications such as NDT (University of Moratuwa), NDES (IET Katunayake), or HNDE (SLIATE), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and site practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (Revit/ETABS is a plus), with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
