SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE
BRANCH : COLOMBO
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in managing social accounts for organizations on popular platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and etc.)
- Monitoring, and engaging with followers on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and publish social media contents, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research.
- Experience in digital marketing and proofreading skills will be added advantage.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher Diploma / or other professional qualification (in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Associate, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their algorithms, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil will be added advantage).
