VACANCY: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE - FOOD
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a soy based milk powder to the pharmacies and modern trade, in Colombo and suburbs. The role focuses on promoting a value added new soy powder brand, supporting partner brands and strengthening market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve a defined monthly sales and promotions targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Execute marketing campaigns to drive brand engagement, consumer interest and sales
- Track, analyze and generate sales and promotional reports
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1- 2 years of experience in a sales/ promotions position with responsibility for sales targets
- Experience in healthcare sector would be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Part qualification in CIM, SLIM or equivalent
- A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to grow and succeed
