Job Description
Head of Program (Full-Time)
- Special Grade Nursing Tutor OR Nursing Tutor with Diploma in General Nursing.
- Diploma in Educational Science / Tutor Training (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Nursing Officer.
- Experience in conducting caregiver, midwife, or public health training programs.
- Registered NVQ Assessor (or willing to obtain registration).
- Should be able to conduct classes in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an advantage).
- Excellent communication and leadership skill.
Practical Instructor / Caregiving Trainer (Full-Time)
- Nursing Officer (SLNC registered) OR NVQ Level 4 in Caregiving.
- Completed Training of Trainers (ToT) course (SLBFE / NAITA or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Nursing Officer in a Base Hospital (Type A or B) or Divisional Hospital.
- Proven experience as a caregiving instructor (preferred).
- Strong demonstration skills.
- Should be able to conduct classes in English and in Sinhala (Tamil would be an advantage).
Program - Assessor
- Diploma in General Nursing / NVQ Level 4 in Caregiving.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within hospitals / nursing homes.
- Good command of English.
- Age preferably below 60 years (retired Nursing Officers and experienced caregivers are welcome).
