Key Roles:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends
- Prepare management reports and financial models for decision-making
- Assist in annual budget and rolling forecast processes
- Coordinate with departments to collect and validate financial data
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls
- Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and scenario planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualification preferred (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA – Finance)
- 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or FP&A
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (ERP/BI systems preferred)
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
