The Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka (FPA Sri Lanka), the pioneer in Family Planning and Reproductive Health Education, is an accredited member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) in the United Kingdom.
The Family Planning Association (FPA) of Sri Lanka owns the website Happy Life which contains content related to sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice (SRHR). The FPA Sri Lanka intends to enhance its accessibility by providing all digital content in three languages namely, English, Sinhala and Tamil. As part of a joint venture between the Swedish Association for Sexuality Education (RFSU), the FPA Sri Lanka wishes to integrate selected recordings of the ReproSex International Conference on Sexual and Reproductive Health, Rights and Justice, into local languages. The original videos are in English and require voice over narration or commentary in Sinhala and Tamil languages.
The agency is required to voice over in narration or commentary style the original English videos in Sinhala and Tamil languages. The FPA Sri Lanka will provide the original videos in English, and the consulting company will be responsible for reproducing the videos in Sinhala and Tamil languages with the voice over narrations or commentaries. The FPA Sri Lanka will also provide Sinhala and Tamil translation scripts for each video. Based on the translation, the consulting company should produce the voice over scripts for the purpose of voice over of the originals English videos in Sinhala and Tamil languages.
There are eight (08) pre selected videos which are recordings from the ReproSex International Conference on Sexual and Reproductive Health, Rights and Justice (SRHR). Each video is (on average) one hour long. Each pre selected video must be reproduced with voice over narrations/commentary in Sinhala and Tamil languages.
Four (04) months
Experienced digital media companies with prior experience in facilitating professional voice overs and producing videos, are invited to apply.
Experience in facilitating Sinhala and Tamil voice overs in videos and experienced in video editing and development.
Digital media companies with relevant experience and technical capacity are invited to apply by submitting the following documents.
