JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - COACHING (SALES)

The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products and other food products categories & solutions under the Elephant House and Keells Krest brands.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Conduct regular field visits to observe live sales calls and provide structured real time coaching to CSRs and DSRs.
  • Identify individual skill gaps and deliver targeted on the job training (OJT) aligned with sales standards and KPIs.
  • Track pre-and post-coaching performance to measure behavior change and coaching impact.
  • Maintain accurate training, coaching, and learning records to support reporting, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare learning impact reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
  • Capture and share market and competitor insights gathered during field visits.
  • Work closely with sales managers to align coaching priorities, interventions, and execution improvements.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Degree in Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Business Management, Training & Development or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in field sales or sales coaching in FMCG or a similar fast-moving sales environment.
  • Prior exposure to sales training delivery, coaching, or L&D administration will be a strong advantage.
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working independently in a field-based environment.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence frontline sales teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, with high level of digital literacy with hands on exposure to Power BI dashboards.
  • Possession of a valid riding license.
