Requirement
- Marketing related qualification from a recognized institute.
- 05+ years' experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should passed strong interpersonal skills and have creative and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP System.
- Experience in digital Marketing, social media and content creation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Age below 30 years.
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of agricultural products (growing medium, seeds, chemicals, equipment), crop science, soil health, and local farming practices.
- Sales & Business Acumen: Proven sales techniques, negotiation, CRM software, market trend analysis, and strategic thinking.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, trust-building, relationship management, and customer service to support farmers long-term.
- experience : minimum 2-5 years' experience in agriculture or horticulture industry
