AREA SALES MANAGER - Gampaha Region
MA's Kitchen is a well-known food manufacturer in Sri Lanka. With four manufacturing facilities situated in key growing regions, we manufacture over 300 different products for customers in local and global markets. Our unwavering commitment revolves around providing outstanding culinary solutions to the Retail, Hotels, Restaurants & Catering (HoReCa), and Industrial sectors.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced salesperson to take on the role of Area Sales Manager in the Gampaha Region.
He will be responsible for the following:
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, guide and motivate a Sales Team
- Strong capability in developing and maintaining effective customer relationships within the territory
- Proven experience in appointing and recruiting, managing and developing distributors and Sales Representatives to achieve sales growth
- Execution of Trade and consumer marketing initiatives to drive market penetration
The ideal candidate :
- Prior experience in a similar role in a reputed FMCG organization will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and decision-making skills
- 8+ years' experience in FMCG
- Age below 35 years
