Travel Desk Agent (Full Time)

Role Overview

As a Travel Desk Agent, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their travel needs, including planning, booking, and coordinating tours and transportation. You will play a key role in delivering seamless and memorable travel experiences while also contributing to revenue through effective upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest inquiries related to travel, tours, and transportation
  • Create customized itineraries based on guest preferences
  • Coordinate and book tours, excursions, and transport services
  • Liaise with external suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm bookings
  • Upsell travel experiences and promote available packages
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are executed smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain clear communication with guests throughout their journey

Requirements:

  • Entry-level candidates welcome (customer service experience preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to confidently engage with guests and understand their needs
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to liaise professionally with suppliers
  • Creative skills (e.g., Canva) to design simple promotional materials are an advantage
  • Good judgment and problem-solving ability when handling guest inquiries
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
