CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
- Analyse and produce reports to management
- Handling petty cash and stationary
- Arranging and coordinating meetings
- Handling engineer claims
- Monitoring engineer visits and field activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling a similar role
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Sinhala (Verbal and Written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis is a must
