CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Analyse and produce reports to management
  • Handling petty cash and stationary
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Handling engineer claims
  • Monitoring engineer visits and field activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in handling a similar role
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and Sinhala (Verbal and Written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis is a must
