  • Coordinate and manage routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is well-maintained, focusing on scheduling and tracking service completion.
  • Handle administrative duties, including maintaining records, updating maintenance logs, organizing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Assist the HR department with administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance work and ensure timely execution.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Diploma or any other professional certification in the relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of office maintenance & minor repair.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general documentation.
  • Strong teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving ability.
