BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER - KANDY
JOB PROFILE
- Drive and initiate business plans to achieve set objectives of the respective Business Unit.
- Managing assigned portfolio and maximizing profitability of assigned Business Unit.
- Assess market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Providing training, coaching, development and motivate the BU staff to achieve overall business targets of the BU.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience with related industry experience in marketing Leasing, financial products in a reputed Finance company or Bank.
- Should have a well-established existing customer base and a supplier relationship network.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Degree and/or Professional Qualifications (full/part) in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, Credit Management or Accounting Finance would be an added advantage.
