KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update contractors’ databases and coordinate with third-party service providers.
- Monitor shift workers and ensure contractor services are performed efficiently.
- Identify and coordinate resolution of telecom and facility-related issues with approvals.
- Follow up on service agreements, renewals, and maintenance or repair estimates.
- Prepare administrative reports and support management with operational updates.
- Oversee office operations, meeting room scheduling, cleanliness, and basic facility maintenance.
Required Qualification
- A Diploma or degree in Business Administration.
- Strong follow up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Analytical skill, Proficient in MS Office, communication skill, Planning & Analysis.
Required Experience
- 1+ years of experience in similar field.
