As part of our continued growth and digital transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of ERP / Enterprise Applications to lead and manage our enterprise applications landscape, with primary responsibility for our SAP S/4HANA environment.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the stability, optimization, governance, and continuous evolution of enterprise systems that support our global manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall ERP and enterprise applications strategy aligned with business objectives
- Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of enterprise applications across the organization
- Partner with business leaders to drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
- Manage System Integrators (SIs), AMS partners, and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Oversee ERP support operations, incident management, enhancements, releases, and projects
- Drive user adoption, business process standardization, and value realization from ERP investments
- Establish strong governance frameworks for applications, data, security, and compliance
- Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise applications team
- Support future digital transformation and integration initiatives across the enterprise
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in ERP and enterprise applications environments
- Proven leadership experience managing enterprise application landscapes in manufacturing or global operations environments
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA / SAP ERP platforms
- Experience working with System Integrators and outsourced support models
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, and operational business processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong governance, vendor management, and service delivery management experience
- Experience in ERP implementations, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives will be an advantage

Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
