Management Trainee

What You'll Do
- Assist in daily branch operations and administrative functions within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Support customer service activities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with workshop and technical teams for smooth service delivery.
- Learn and assist in inventory, billing, and reporting processes.
- Monitor workflow and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Participate in training programs and performance evaluations.
- Assist relevant departments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) to ensure efficient delivery service.
What We're Looking For
- A degree, preferably in Business Administration, Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong interest in the automotive industry.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
