Support pre-arrival preparation, in-stay support, and post-departure processes to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences
Guest Relations
Act as the primary operational point of contact for the property, building trusted long-term relationships through proactive communication and impeccable service delivery
Handle sensitive escalation with discretion, professionalism, and a solution-first mindset
Vendor & Supplier Management
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with a curated network of premium contractors, maintenance providers, housekeeping teams, and luxury service suppliers.
Ensure all contractors are properly vetted, insured, and aligned with our brand standard
Systems, Processes & Reporting
Familiar with the use of property management systems (PMS), task management tools, and communication platforms
Support operational budgets, control costs, and identify efficiencies without compromising on quality
Candidate Profile
2+ years of operational experience within luxury hospitality, premium property management, or ultra-high-net-worth private residence services
Demonstrated experience and developing small-to-mid-sized teams in a service-driven environment
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping standards
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues before they escalate
Tech-savvy with proficiency in property management systems, scheduling tools, and cloud-based platforms, Microsoft office
Fluency in English and Sinhala essential; additional languages an advantage
A genuine passion for luxury and an innate understanding of what discerning clients expect
