QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- G.C.E. (A/L) completion required, males preferred, age below 35.
- 5-8 years' experience in Non-Motor Underwriting essential.
- Degree/Diploma in insurance or equivalent is a plus.
- Part qualification in Insurance exams advantageous.
- Strong time management skills and ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Presentation skills and IT proficiency a definite advantage.
