Executive — Industrial Engineering
What you will do:
- Assist in pre-production activities; and achieve targeted Production Start Date for assigned section
- Responsible to achieve planned efficiency and productivity targets and for day-to-day Industrial Engineering activities for assigned sections
- Responsible for carrying out accurate and on-time calculations, such as SAH, efficiency for each style
- Provide guidance and training to IE Officers and be responsible for their performance
- The Executive — Industrial Engineering drives production efficiency by ensuring accurate SMV, line balancing, yamazumi charts, and optimal layouts while implementing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce SMV.
Location: Mirigama
Ideal profile:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Clothing Technology with GSD license or experience working with GSD system
- 1-3+ years of experience in industrial engineering in a large-scale apparel manufacturing entity
