Manager / Assistant Manager Sales & Business Development (Hybrid Work Model)

Backed by a well-established software development company, we combine innovation, advanced technology, and personalized service to deliver exceptional travel experiences to international travelers.
As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales & Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily sales and business development activities of the sales team
- Develop and implement strategies to expand international market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, travel partners, and other industry stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Oversee marketing and public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility in global markets
- Manage a team of 4 – 5 tour executives
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development within a Destination Management Company (DMC)
- Experience in leading or managing a sales team will be an added advantage
- Exposure to planning and executing international business development events such as trade shows, road shows, and travel exhibitions
- Strong industry network and relationships with overseas tour operators will be highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
