The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Supply Chain professional to oversee end-to-end supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, and material purchasing operations across multiple business functions.
This is a highly hands-on operational role with a strong focus on material forecasting, inventory planning, and raw material management - particularly related to latex supply planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing reorder levels, and supporting operational continuity across factory and retail operations.
The role also involves forward planning and forecasting based on operational demand and external market factors, including seasonal supply fluctuations, rainfall patterns, and supplier capacity.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end supply planning and material management processes.
- Take a hands-on approach to material forecasting and inventory planning, particularly for latex-related raw materials.
- Oversee inventory control, stock forecasting, and reorder management.
- Coordinate material purchasing and supplier planning activities.
- Ensure accurate forecasting for inventory and raw material requirements.
- Prepare supply chain reports, inventory analysis, and operational updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Work closely with production teams to align daily, weekly, and monthly material requirements.
- Track and manage supplier performance, lead times, and delivery reliability.
- Ensure proper management of Purchase Orders (POs), GRNs, and inventory records in the system.
- Support operational planning across:
- Latex Collection
- Centrifuge Operations
- Latex Foam Manufacturing
- Bedding Production
- Retail Distribution
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, procurement, and retail teams.
- Support retail logistics and distribution planning where required.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize supply disruptions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or material planning.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory oversight, and purchasing coordination.
- Hands-on operational experience within manufacturing or factory environments preferred.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.
