Role Overview
As the Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage, you will oversee daily F&B operations to ensure exceptional service standards and guest experiences. You will also support menu promotions, staff coordination, and operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Assist in menu planning, promotions, and sales initiatives to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain high operational standards
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management within the department
- Monitor operational costs and ensure proper control of inventories and resources
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company quality standards
- Assist in organizing guest entertainment, special events, and promotional activities
- Maintain strong inter-departmental coordination to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A STAR-CLASS HOTEL ENVIRONMENT
- STRONG LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION, AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- QUALIFICATION FROM A RECOGNIZED HOTEL SCHOOL OR RELEVANT HOSPITALITY BACKGROUND
- SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS AND GUEST SERVICE STANDARDS
- ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED AND TEAM-ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT
- PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED, AND COMMITTED TO OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
