Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute day-to-day operations efficiently
- Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and ground logistics
- Manage communication between Travel Agents, Guides, and Hosts
- Handle quick responses to partners via mobile and email
- Maintain accurate reservation records in the Zoho system
Requirements
- Experience in travel/hospitality is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
- Good knowledge of Gmail; Zoho experience is an advantage
