SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
HEAD OFFICE: Kurunegala City
ISLAND-WIDE TRAVEL REQUIRED
We are looking for a highly driven sales professional to manage and strengthen our distributor-based sales network across Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage field sales reps and distributor operations
- Ensure proper implementation of SFA/sales reporting systems
- Monitor outlet coverage, merchandising, and execution
- Identify and resolve operational gaps quickly
- Conduct regular market visits and follow-ups
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a diploma or similar qualification in marketing
- Has experience in FMCG / stationery / retail sales
- Can lead sales reps firmly and effectively
- Is organized, accountable, and field-oriented
- Understands distributor networks and execution
- Is comfortable with technology and reporting systems
