nPURCHASING MANAGER - REAL ESTATE
nWe are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement and supplier management for real estate projects.
nREQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. n
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. n
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier management. n
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. n
- Good knowledge of inventory control and procurement procedures. n
- Proficiency in MS Office. n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and site services for ongoing projects. n
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and supplier agreements to achieve cost efficiency. n
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery and smooth project progress. n
- Source and maintain reliable suppliers, contractors, and service providers. n
- Monitor procurement budgets, inventory levels, and material usage to control costs and avoid shortages. n
- Obtain quotations, conduct supplier evaluations, and prepare comparative reports for approvals. n
- Ensure purchased materials and services meet required quality and project specifications. n
- Maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation. n
- Resolve supplier issues, delivery delays, and procurement-related concerns efficiently. n
- Prepare procurement reports and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. n
