REQUIREMENTS
- Data Sourcing – Key Responsibilities
- Research & Collection: Identify and gather relevant data from online sources, databases, directories, and public records based on project requirements
- Data Verification: Cross-check and validate collected data for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
- Data Entry & Organization: Input data into CRM, spreadsheets, or internal tools using standardized formats. Maintain clean, structured datasets
- Reporting: Provide daily/weekly summary reports on sourcing progress, volume, and issues to team lead
- Compliance: Follow data privacy guidelines and company policies when handling sensitive information
- English Speaking
- Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Experience
- Required: Minimum 1 year of experience
- Work from Home Requirements & Setup
- Working hours: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable equipment
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Availability to work a minimum of 40–48 hours per week
- Good Computer Skills
- Strong email correspondence skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills are an advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools, digital productivity platforms, customer service systems, or online learning platforms is highly desirable
