Role Overview

As a Business Development Officer, you will be at the forefront of our B2B growth strategy. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with large-scale developers and state institutions, and ensure our industry-leading products are the first choice for major projects.

We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Business Development Officers to join our Institutional Sales division. As we expand our footprint in construction, water management, and infrastructure sectors, we need energetic professionals who can build strong relationships with key institutional stakeholders and drive high-value projects.

Responsibilities

  • Target high-potential institutional clients, including apartment developers, construction firms, and government bodies.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with architects, consultants, and project managers.
  • Assist in preparing technical bids and commercial proposals for large-scale supply contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive volume and revenue growth within the institutional segment through proactive selling and negotiation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within the construction, hardware, or engineering sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English and local languages.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and a willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
