VACANCY
GLOBAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST – WELLNESS TOURISM
We promote hotels and curated retreat experiences primarily in Sri Lanka, along with selected wellness and Ayurveda destinations, catering to international travellers seeking Ayurveda, wellness, yoga, and holistic stays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international wellness tourism clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and convert leads into confirmed reservations.
- Coordinate with hotels, wellness retreats, transport providers, and Ayurveda doctors to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide personalised recommendations and itinerary support tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain high-touch communication aligned with luxury hospitality and wellness standards.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and guest care.
- Prepare and maintain reports on client engagement, bookings, and conversion performance.
- Efficiently manage and update CRM systems and booking platforms.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in the tourism industry, preferably with an inbound travel company or DMC handling international clients.
- Basic understanding of outbound travel markets and international client expectations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear and professional communication style.
- Strong skills in sales conversion, upselling, and relationship management.
- Service-oriented personality with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
ADDED ADVANTAGES
- Experience in wellness tourism, Ayurveda, luxury travel, or hospitality.
- Fluency in German, Italian, Russian, or French.
- Studied in psychology.
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday | 8.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. Flexibility to respond to urgent international client inquiries during weekends or after hours, when required.
