We are a leading group of companies engaged in turnkey interior decoration projects and marketing of locally fabricated and imported quality furniture and furniture related accessories and raw materials, having a state of the art manufacturing facility looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to fill our Stores Division.
ASSISTANT STORE KEEPER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain & update inventory of materials, equipment, tools related to projects.
- Issue materials as per the approved requisitions to project sites & to factory.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy & prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with purchasing department / committee to receive & inspect incoming materials for quality & quantity.
- Ensure proper storage of materials in compliance with safety & organisational standards.
- Prepare stock reports & assist with internal audits as required.
- Maintain cleanliness & orderliness in the store area.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Passed G.C.E. A/L preferably in commerce stream.
- Minimum 01 year experience in related field.
- Knowledge of Stock/Inventory Management system, QB & MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

STORES ASSISTANT
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Timely & accurate recording of material, tools & equipment receipts to stores and issues from stores.
- Assist store keeper to maintain accurate stock records.
- Generate stock reports as when requested by the management.
- Proper record keeping of goods receipt & issues.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Passed G.C.E. A/L preferably in commerce stream.
- Ability to work in a computerised environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge in MS Excel & QB.
