We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-oriented individual to join our team in the following role:
ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES & MARKETING
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer portfolios
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support business decisions
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong organizational and leadership skill
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, internal coordination and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure goal achievement
- Age below 35 years
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Location - within 15 Km from the Katunayake EPZ
