Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our corporate sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales within the construction or building materials industry, with a strong ability to develop new business opportunities, maintain key client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate clients in construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors
- Promote and sell the company's range of roofing sheets, galvanized purlins, and building materials
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure consistent satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management
Qualifications & Experience
- GCE O/L & GCE A/L
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the construction materials or steel industry
- Strong network of contacts within the construction and industrial sectors will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel for business development
