Data Scientist
We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Data Scientist to turn data into actionable insights and build machine learning models that support business decisions. Who can work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop predictive models, and drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Develop and implement machine learning models
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
- Interpret data and present insights using dashboards and reports
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Evaluate and improve model performance
- Assist in deploying models into production
- Document processes and maintain data pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Basic knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Good understanding of statistics, probability, and ML algorithms
- Experience with SQL and databases
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib
- Familiarity with Git and version control
Added Advantage
- Experience with big data tools (Spark/PySpark)
- Exposure to NLP or deep learning projects
- Domain experience in finance, banking, or analytics
