We are currently seeking a results-driven and process-focused professional to join our team as Draughtsman.
DRAUGHTSMAN
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Prepare and develop detailed architectural and design drawings for new centers.
- Create layout plans, elevations, and sections as per project requirements.
- Develop design drawings for new projects and modifications as instructed.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback from relevant parties.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, compliant with standards, and aligned with project requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing records and archives for ongoing and completed projects.
- Coordinate with project, design, and construction teams to ensure clarity in drawings.
- Support other project-related drafting tasks as and when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in [construction / design / fit-out / facilities-related projects – adjust as relevant].
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant drafting/design software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and design concepts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
