REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email & Internet)
- Knowledge of HR documentation & employee record management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good organizational & time management skills
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
- Candidates living close to Moratuwa are preferable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment and job postings
- Maintain employee records & HR documentation
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Handle attendance, leave & staff coordination
- Support HR administration & data management
- Assist daily office and HR operations efficiently
