We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-oriented individual to join our team in the following role:
SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction level
- Working closely with product, planning, logistic and other related departments to ensure timely delivery to international and local customers
- Preparing invoices and follow up on post shipment documents
- Effectively managing multiple priorities and delivering results
- independently maintaining records and continuous follow up
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- SLIM/CIM (full/part or equivalent qualification) will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 Year experience in sales/marketing or similar capacity
- Ability to communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Effective time management, skill prioritization capabilities, and ability to perform under pressure
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, internal coordination, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure goal achievement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Location - within 15 Km from the Katunayake EPZ
