Required Qualifications:
- Experience in ice cream sales is a must (minimum 2-3 years).
- Proven sales performance in FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good market knowledge and ability to achieve targets.
- For ASM: Prior supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
