SECURITY SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Security Supervision (Construction site experience preferred)
- Ex-Forces background (Army / Navy / Air Force / Police) will be a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of site security operations, access control, and material movement monitoring
- Ability to lead and manage a team of security guards effectively
- Good discipline, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle emergencies such as theft, fire, accidents, or unauthorized access
- Physically fit and able to work in shift duties (day/night)
- Good communication and reporting skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise all site security operations and ensure full protection of site assets
- Control entry and exit of workers, visitors, vehicles, and materials
- Assign duties and manage security guards for smooth shift operations
- Conduct regular patrols across the construction site to prevent theft and unauthorized access
- Monitor and ensure proper recording of material movement in and out of site
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of security staff
- Prepare daily security reports and incident reports for management
- Respond immediately to emergencies and coordinate with site management and authorities
- Ensure compliance with site safety and security procedures at all times
