Senior Executive - Planner

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize allocation of operators, equipment, transport, and logistics resources
  • Ensure compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) standards and local regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for resource planning and equipment rental
  • Act as the primary contact for operators, drivers, and riggers, ensuring clear communication
  • Monitor and manage equipment maintenance, inspections, and certifications
  • Handle workforce scheduling, timesheets, leave approvals, and non-billable hours control
  • Support administrative processes including purchase orders, invoices, and documentation
  • Address client queries and resolve operational complaints efficiently
  • Coach and support team members, contributing to training and development initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering, or Equivalent technical or vocational qualifications in operations or logistics will be considered.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, transport coordination, or resource planning.
  • Basic certification or formal training in SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards.
  • Knowledge or certification related to local regulatory compliance, permits, and labor requirements
  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling manpower, equipment, and transport activities.
  • Exposure to equipment management, maintenance planning, or fleet coordination is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP/planning systems
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, subcontractors, or equipment rental processes is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a site-based, project-driven, or field operational environment is desirable.
